How to Order
Select a product category or product page. Selecting a product category will display a list of inventory items.
Text Input Box Enter the Quantity desired in the text input box for the items you wish to order.
Select Element For items with Select elements, choose an option from each Select element.
Add to Cart Button Select Add to Cart to add items to your cart. Your order's subtotal will be displayed.
View Cart Button Select View Cart to list products you have selected. From the View Cart page, you may select Change Quantity or Delete Items to modify your current selections.
Order Form Button Select Order Form when you have found everything you wish to order. This will provide an order form consisting of payment and shipping information. Your order will be displayed at the top of the order form.
After completing the order form, select a Submission Method.

Submit Credit Card Order Button
Credit card details are required. A receipt of your order is sent to the e-mail address you enter on the order form.
Send Order to Web Browser for Printing Button
If you prefer to pay by check, or you do not feel comfortable transmitting credit card information over the Internet, you may send your order to your web browser for printing.

After printing your order, please be certain to fill in credit card information before faxing or mailing your order. Phone numbers will be printed at the top of your order.

Orders paid by check must be mailed to the address printed at the top of your order.

NOTE:  No e-mail receipt is generated using this submission method.
